At Saunni Bee - Home & Garden, we work closely with our partners to ensure your order ships quickly and is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. When your items arrive, please take a moment to inspect them to ensure everything is included and free from damage or defects.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We accept returns for defective or damaged items or if you received the wrong product. Please note that we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. You can fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at returns@saunnibee.com. Please include your order number and a description of the damage or defect.

Once we’ve received your notification, we’ll promptly begin processing your replacement. Sometimes, our suppliers may ask that the damaged merchandise be returned to their warehouse. If that’s needed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE (CHANGE OF MIND)
Our 30-day return policy gives you the option to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please be aware that returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. We are unable to process returns for a change of mind.
This includes requests to exchange t-shirts for a different size or color. To ensure the best fit, we provide a detailed sizing chart on each t-shirt product page to help you choose the correct size before placing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible, so once your payment is processed, we cannot cancel the order. Please take a moment to double-check your details before completing your purchase.
If an order is refused upon delivery and sent back to us without a return authorization, a 35% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded, and you can expect your refund to be processed within ten business days.
Reminder: Our insurance policy limits returns or exchanges to within 30 days of your delivery date.
