Custom items like mugs and tees take a little more time because they’re made just for you. Most customers receive them in 7–14 days, depending on the carrier and your location.

Sometimes, but not always. Wall décor, decorative items, and made-to-order products—like mugs and T-shirts—ship from different warehouses. Because of that, your order will arrive in separate packages.
